Terms of use

Educational use, advocacy disclosure, approximate calculations, and responsible sharing for Keep the Evening Light.

Effective November 2, 2026.

Educational information and advocacy

Keep the Evening Light supports permanent daylight saving time. It is independent, with no government affiliation or party or candidate endorsement. A signature supports the clock change. It is not a payment, a donation, or a purchase.

Use the official record

Legislative information is a dated snapshot and may be incomplete. Consult official records before relying on bill status. The explorer is an approximate astronomical illustration, not guidance for navigation, safety-critical activity or legal timekeeping.

Share responsibly

You may share the original campaign graphics with their scenario, date and source notes intact. External source material remains subject to its owners’ terms. Do not imply an official endorsement.

One signature

A verified account may add one signature. You confirm you are 18 or older. Showing a first name and last initial, showing a city, and joining the mailing list are separate unchecked choices. The timestamped count is the number of public tally records at refresh time. The newest 25 public records can be filtered on the page. A verified email account is not independent proof of a unique person. It shows a name or a city only when that account left the matching box checked. Deleting your signature removes it from the count. Create one account for yourself. Share and Copy a post hand text to your device; this site does not post for you.

Advertising

Labeled banners may appear on the pages. No paid advertiser is active and these first-party banners currently generate no revenue. They do not change the daylight facts, the signature count, or the winter-morning tradeoff. There is no paywall.

The published site

The campaign is published at keep-the-evening-light.web.app. These terms do not create a government office, a law firm, or a political committee. Corrections go to the address on the contact page.
